It’s an exciting short-term opportunity supporting global IP sales operations at the Wintrust Arena, focusing on merchandise planning, sales, and customer engagement for a global fandom platform. You will be responsible for managing product sales operations, supporting onboarding processes, monitoring sales events, analyzing customer feedback, and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth merchandise distribution and sales performance. Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Available Shift Times:
Contracted: 1 week, Monday-Friday, approx. 11AM-6:30PM (hours may vary)

• Manage product registration, display, and exposure updates
• Support sales announcements and events
• Assist with onboarding new labels and vendors
• Handle back-office contracts and settlements
• Monitor sales events and analyze customer responses
• Facilitate communication across departments and partners
• Contribute to operational improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction

• No restrictions on education or prior experience
• Strong familiarity with fandom culture and platform users
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proactive, team-player attitude with effective communication abilities
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams

• Customer service experience
• Familiarity with e-commerce back-office systems
