Oversees multiple locations will include multiple cities and states
- Must be willing to travel the majority of schedule
- Full-Time eligible for vacation, holidays, 401K, and medical insurance
- Full-Time eligible Sick Pay
- Mileage and expense reimbursement
- Auto insurance and driver's license is required
Must have prior experience supervising multiple locations and employees
Requirements Employees' mandatory 2026 no time off requests (will be on normal schedule, just can't request time off):- 02/09 - 02/15 for Valentines Day
- 04/01 - 04/04 and 04/05 the Easter Holiday, No work on Easter
- 05/04 - 05/11 for Mother’s Day.
- 11/24 & 11/27 for Thanksgiving
- 12/16 - 12/18 Holidays
- 12/21 - 12/23 Holidays
- 12/26 After Holiday
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of retail merchandising best practices
Creativity and a knowledge of how to best present products
Education and Experience:Some experience with merchandising, retail sales, or floral work preferred
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
Must be able to use/willing to learn to use a pallet jack and flat cart
Must have the ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, and reach to complete assigned tasks
