Retail Cashier

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is hiring a part-time Retail Cashier to serve travelers and professional drivers in a fast-paced travel stop environment. You'll greet customers, operate the register, handle cash and card transactions, and answer questions about fuel, food, and store products. You'll also help stock shelves, maintain clean, organized areas, and support team members during busy times. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, timely manner at the register and sales floor
• Operate POS system to process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout and retail area
• Monitor fuel and store transactions for accuracy and loss prevention
• Respond to customer questions about products, promotions, and travel services
• Support store operations by restocking shelves, coolers, and displays
• Follow all cash handling, safety, and compliance procedures
• Collaborate with team members to keep the store running smoothly during peak traffic
• Report equipment, safety, or customer issues to supervisors promptly
