Overview

General Manager at Domino's Pizza. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations. You must follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for your crew. You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment and drive profitability and customer service.

• Manage all store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and adherence to standards; ensure attendance, punctuality, store cleanliness, and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store image.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and train crew accordingly.
• Coordinate with delivery and kitchen teams; support marketing and profitability goals.

• General duties for store team members: operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, take orders, process paperwork, and maintain cleanliness.
• Training and orientation provided on the job; strong communication skills; ability to understand and convey written and verbal instructions.
• Essential skills: basic math, ability to handle monetary transactions, keyboard/computer data entry, and verbal/written communication.
• Physical requirements:
  
  ability to stand, reach, and lift as needed; ability to work in varying temperatures and perform outdoor tasks as required.

Exposure to varying weather, temperatures ranging from 36 to 90+ degrees, food odors, cornmeal dust, walk-in cooler, hot ovens up to 500 degrees, sharp edges and moving parts.
