• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and maintaining knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use these to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity to create a guest-ready floor.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are worked back out to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times.
• Work safely; comply with safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-Up (DU) while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and assist when guests need help solving their specific needs.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices, operate handheld scanners, and other technology as directed
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders when required
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely; frequently lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds with or without assistance
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout)
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
