Our client is seeking Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts to join the team on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months, supporting the retail floor leading up to the opening of a new Chicago store in January. This is a part‑time opportunity with 3 openings available. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with customers, creating a warm and engaging shopping experience, and supporting day‑to‑day retail operations.

• Greet and welcome customers while providing a friendly, personalized experience.
• Assist customers and anticipate their needs.
• Support the retail floor and day‑to‑day store operations.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and engaging sales floor.
• Build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Communicate effectively with different personalities and team members.
• Take initiative to resolve customer needs and support store goals.
• Follow store policies and procedures.

• Customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a sales‑driven retail environment.
• Positive, adaptable, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Basic technology skills.
• Ability to work on your feet in a retail environment.

• Retail or beauty industry experience.
• Sales experience.
• Interest in skincare, body care, and/or fragrance.
• Experience creating a high‑touch customer experience.
