Our experiential retail stores provide shopping destinations like no other. This requires Innovation, Collaboration,and Execution from all who are a part of this division. Our in-store experiences range depending on location from Girl and Doll Salons, Full-Service Restaurants, Personal Shopping, Ear Piercing (Girl and Doll), hosting Parties/Celebrations to name a few. Expect a dynamic and fast-paced role where you get to make decisions thatimpactthe team as well as our customers.

The Visual Merchandiser islocatedat the AG Retail Flagship Chicago location and reports directly to the Visual Manager. This position is responsible fornew product launches and initiatives, seasonal floor sets, floor changes due to product availability, daily maintenance of product displays, and adherence to the organization'svisualhighstandards.

• Assist Visual Leadership Teamin the execution of display window changes, merchandise changes and planogram layouts, and graphic changes.
• Create dynamic displays using dolls and complementary product. Keepcurrent onproduct knowledge.
• Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing tasks based on businessneedandto troubleshoot when product availability becomes an issue.
• Maintain the overall visual and merchandising standards of the store consistent with the organization's vision of the brand.
• Develop andmaintainpositive, cooperative relationships with staff, management, and corporate partners. Provide assistance to customers as needed.
• Stock merchandise when needed.

• 1 - 2 years of successful work experience in retail merchandising, retail, or related field whichincludesexpertisein customer service, preferred.
• Knowledge of general visual principles required witha strong emphasis on construction and detail.
• Manual skills in doll styling, straight blade cutting, and minor assembly, preferred.
• Ability to work independently and quickly within a team setting.
• Ability to lift and pusha minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be abletoworka flexible schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
