Sale Associate Chicago Store

Summary

This sales role supports the opening and daily operation of the Chicago boutique, delivering exceptional service to a discerning international clientele. The Sale Associate will maximize sales, build long-term customer relationships, and participate in store operations including stock handling, aftercare, customer communication and basic administration. The role requires attention to detail, strong product knowledge and a commitment to high-end retail standards.

• Provide excellent customer service and develop sales opportunities on the sales floor.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure customer retention and effective aftersales support.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge of collections, features and benefits.
• Maintain and refresh in-store displays to ensure an attractive presentation.
• Manage stock knowledge, storage and handling; participate in ordering and receiving processes.
• Respond to customer queries and manage customer correspondence and CRM entries.
• Support store security procedures and liaise with the wider team to meet store requirements.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in high-end or luxury retail; footwear or menswear experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral English; fluency in an additional language is advantageous.
• Some retail administration experience and a basic understanding of CRM and e-commerce systems.
• Sophisticated approach to selling, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Team player who is dynamic, flexible, proactive and performance-focused.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
