AboutThe Role
As the Regional Sales Manager - U.S. Chicago OR Great Lakes
, you will play a role as an individual contributor. You will drive direct revenue growth within your assigned region while also providing leadership and mentorship to a growing sales team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of closing high-value deals, especially within the cybersecurity sector.
- Direct Sales & Revenue Growth:
Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing commercial and enterprise deals in your region. Exceeding assigned quota for region. - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This includes the development of Channel partners and ability to execute sales opportunities through various regional partners including MSSP.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in forecasting as well as an understanding of MEDDPICC and the ability to follow a process-oriented sales methodology.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to ensure alignment on customer needs and value proposition.
- Identify new business opportunities and key market segments to expand the company’s footprint in your region.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cybersecurity threats to effectively position our solutions.
- Work closely with the executive team to provide input on regional sales strategies and forecasts.
- Be maniacal about your customers, ensuring a great experience with Cyble while working closely with customer success and support teams.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, focusing on upselling and renewals.
- Proven track record of closing Enterprise level deals within cybersecurity, especially in the CTI or DRP space.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, enterprise software, or related technologies. Prior Threat Intelligence knowledge a plus.
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle and demonstrate a consultative selling approach.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of high-performing sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
