Home Energy Consultants:
Real People, Real Success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate business by selling natural gas, electricity, and utility line protection in your assigned territory.
- Use a consultative approach to increase customer awareness and provide pricing, closing sales effectively.
- Represent products accurately and professionally, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Maintain detailed sales records via CRM on an iPad.
- Collaborate with other sales team members.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle and auto insurance meeting state requirements.
Physical Demands:
Work outdoors in various weather conditions, with the ability to drive, sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday work during peak seasons.

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US full-time; sponsorship not available.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $100,000 (including commissions and bonuses). Estimated first-year commissions: $20,000 - $30,000. Total earnings potential: $50,000 - $100,000 annually.
