We're looking for a Director of National Accounts to lead sales of Ever Pass Media to multi-unit bar and restaurant groups across the U.S. This is a senior, quota-carrying role responsible for acquiring, growing, and managing our largest customer. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting, executive-level pitches, negotiation, close, and expansion—while serving as a trusted advisor to hospitality operators. This role is ideal for a strategic seller who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and knows how to win with large, distributed customers.
Key Responsibilities- Own acquisition and expansion of national and large regional hospitality groups, serving as the executive relationship owner of Ever Pass's most strategic customers.
- Manage a small team of Account Managers to assist in cross selling, upselling, value creation for Everpass's largest customers.
- Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing multi-location hospitality accounts.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, tailored proposals, contract negotiation, and close.
- Build relationships with C-suite, ownership groups, and senior operations leaders.
- Position Ever Pass Media as a revenue-driving, fan-acquisition, and retention solution—not just a cost line item.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Account Management, and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account success.
- Develop account expansion strategies, including upsells, renewals, and multi-year agreements.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue; consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Represent Ever Pass Media at industry events, trade shows, customer events, and trade shows.
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling to national or multi-unit accounts.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles as well as consistent history of delivering quotas.
- Experience selling into bars, restaurants, & other hospitality venues.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort navigating legal, procurement, and finance stakeholders.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and close deals.
- Successful experience selling media & subscription based products.
- Existing relationships with national or regional hospitality groups.
- Background in sports, live events, or experiential marketing.
The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $80,000 - $90,000 + quota-based variable compensation. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. Ever Pass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
Ever Pass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when Ever Pass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
