Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to lead and grow their client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in staffing sales, leadership experience, and a passion for building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities- Drive New Business Development:
Lead sales initiatives to identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities within the staffing industry. - Achieve and exceed revenue targets by driving sales efforts, upselling services, and maximizing account profitability.
- As the role grows, there will be an opportunity to build and lead a team of sales and account management professionals. Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and client feedback to senior management. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
