Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners will drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program
• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route

• Majority work no nights or weekends
• Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses & incentives

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Required

• Compliance with all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs., including an active driver’s license, minimum age of 21, DOT medical certification, and documentation of previous employment

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, including base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance, and other business needs.
