Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, competitive, and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the Norton Shores and surrounding markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who wants to control their income and grow with a stable, locally respected company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business through prospecting and relationship building
  • Grow and maintain existing customer accounts
  • Conduct in-person visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
  • Work closely with inside sales and operations to ensure exceptional service
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred (industrial, construction, or fastener industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
