Position: Sales Executive (Hazmat Packaging)

Logistics Sales Executive
As a Logistics Sales Executive, you will create your individual portfolio of accounts through research and prospecting while providing logistics solutions based on individual customer needs. This is a role that involves the management of customers, fostering and maintaining long lasting relationships with customers, while providing the best service.

Job Type:Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new customers with an ambitious mentality via email, phone, and networking, selling our client’s services as a third-party logistics provider.
  • Establish lasting relationships with these customers to build and maintain a strong book of business.
  • Frequent phone calls and email interaction with industry professionals to grow the network and increase earning potential.
  • Follow and research industry and market trends to maintain well-informed interactions with clients.
  • Work with other departments to ensure seamless completion of the shipping process for your customers.
  • Manage customer interaction with continued support, customer service, and troubleshooting.
  • Set and review goals with management, working to reach and surpass those goals.
Experience:
  • 1-2+ years of prior experience in the 3PL Customer Sales and / or Business Development role.
  • Passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
  • Should be considered a high-energy, self-motivated, ambitious team player that wants to control their own income.
  • Advanced ability to multi-task.
  • Strong ability to negotiate, motivate, persuade, and influence others.
  • Enthusiastic, persistent, and confident approach.
This position offers a competitive base salary.
