Job Description
This position develops new national used vehicle customers and meets or exceeds assigned quotas for units sold, percent of take pricing and new accounts.
Essential Functions- Independently identify, prospect and develop new Used Vehicle Sales (UVS) National Account opportunities.
- Develop a target account database through independent research and with the assistance of the marketing team, in order to achieve sales quota.
- Maintain consistent and ongoing relationships with national account customers providing upcoming new technology updates and information, upsell ancillary value‑add products (i.e. Prepaid Maintenance options, Finance and Extended Warranty options).
- Contribute and support the UVS team to increase sales with existing National Account customers.
- Research and understand the competitive influences and risks within each account to develop strategies to proactively address these.
- Provide accurate market feedback to management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
ExperienceFive (5) years or more experience demonstrated Sales Excellence (quote achievement) in prior sales responsibilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Compensation InformationThe compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
- Pay Type:
Salaried - Minimum Pay Range: $90,000
- Maximum Pay Range: $100,000
