Role Focus
This is an inside sales and account growth role with three core responsibilities:
- Take ownership of incoming leads and drive them to close
- Maintain structured follow-up with defined next steps on every opportunity
- Move prospects through the pipeline with urgency and discipline
- Convert proposals into signed agreements
2. Account Expansion & Reactivation
- Proactively follow up with past customers to uncover new projects
- Call on unassigned or dormant accounts to generate new opportunities
- Maintain regular contact cadence with active clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
3. Pipeline Discipline & Execution
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast visibility
- Schedule follow-ups before ending every client interaction
- Hold decision-makers accountable to timelines
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Compensation
Base salary + uncapped commission.
The base provides stability.
