Position: High-Performance B2B Sales Role – Unlimited Income Potential

This role is for someone competitive, self-driven, and motivated by income, not by clocking in and out.

This is for someone who wants to build a book of business, grow accounts, and control their income through disciplined execution.

Role Focus

This is an inside sales and account growth role with three core responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of incoming leads and drive them to close
  • Maintain structured follow-up with defined next steps on every opportunity
  • Move prospects through the pipeline with urgency and discipline
  • Convert proposals into signed agreements

2. Account Expansion & Reactivation

  • Proactively follow up with past customers to uncover new projects
  • Call on unassigned or dormant accounts to generate new opportunities
  • Maintain regular contact cadence with active clients
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

3. Pipeline Discipline & Execution

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast visibility
  • Schedule follow-ups before ending every client interaction
  • Hold decision-makers accountable to timelines
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Compensation

Base salary + uncapped commission.

The base provides stability.
