About the Role

We are seeking a driven, customer‑focused Regional Sales Executive to accelerate growth in the Additive Manufacturing (AM) space. This role is ideal for a high‑energy, field‑oriented sales professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, builds deep customer relationships, and consistently exceeds targets.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers and channel partners, delivering end‑to‑end AM workflow solutions while driving machine sales, consumables revenue, and extended services growth.

Key Responsibilities Customer & Revenue Growth
  • Develop deep expertise in Additive Manufacturing to become a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets across:
    • Initial Solution Sales
    • Replenishment Consumables
    • Extended Services
  • Build and maintain a strong Key Opportunity (KO) pipeline with both direct prospects and Channel Partners.
  • Drive recurring consumables revenue and multi‑machine placements through long‑term relationship development.
  • Align personal OKRs with company objectives in collaboration with executive leadership.
Channel & Market Development
  • Partner closely with Channel Partners to expand market reach and maximize joint opportunities.
  • Collaborate with 3D printer sales teams to deliver complete end‑to‑end workflow solutions.
  • Host Solution Experience Tours (SETs) and Virtual SETs (VSETs) for prospects and customers.
  • Attend industry events to increase brand visibility and build strategic industry connections.
  • Provide customer and market feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies.
Operational Excellence
  • Effectively use value selling tools and contribute to expanding the toolkit alongside marketing.
  • Track KPIs and sales performance using CRM and sales tools.
  • Manage travel and expenses within monthly OPEX targets.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to accelerate opportunity closure and resolve customer issues.
Skills & Qualifications Sales & Business Expertise
  • 7+ years of experience selling industrial machinery to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong value selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience working with distributors and channel partners.
  • Experience in Additive Manufacturing and/or high‑growth environments is a plus.
  • Leadership experience is beneficial but not required.
Professional Competencies
  • Strong relationship‑building skills across all levels—from lab technicians to C‑suite executives.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience leveraging CRM systems (e.g., Net Suite).
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Clear, professional communicator with strong technical presentation skills.
  • Comfortable operating with limited data and high ambiguity.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to accelerate deals through the funnel.
Technical Proficiency

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • OR
  • Business degree with strong technical acumen
