Position: Licensed Small Commercial Insurance Inside/Inbound Sales (2026 Talent Pipeline)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Take inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualify applicants, and provide coverage consultations to small business owners
  • Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a high‑performance sales environment
  • Manage desk operations while delivering timely outcomes to customers
  • Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
  • Must have 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty experience
  • Call center experience is valued
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell challenging messages
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
