Insurance Producer

We’re looking for an outgoing, goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Producer. This is an in-office sales role where you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships, grow your skills, and earn strong income through performance.

If you enjoy talking with people, solving problems, and working in a supportive team environment, this could be a great fit. Licensing is preferred, but we’re open to candidates who are motivated to obtain their license and build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

• Generate new business by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate coverage
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and cross-sell opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Educate customers on policy options, coverage details, and available products
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy information

• Property & Casualty license preferred; willingness to obtain required
• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Ability to work in an in-office team environment
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
