Your Role
The Business Development and Strategic Partnerships team recruits new customers and partners that contribute technological leadership, market reach, and revenue to Stellarus. The Business Development Representative, Principal will report to the VP, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. In this role you will develop new customer and partner pipeline, work with sales and partner management to progress prospects through the sales and partnership stages, and be the primary expert on Stellarus lead flow, CRM, and digital sales tools.

Your Knowledge and Experience- Requires 10 years related experience.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
- Requires proven success in Business Development, inside sales, or market development roles in technology or healthcare.
- Requires proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Linked In Sales Navigator, Copilot for Sales, or similar AI-driven sales tools.
- Requires excellent virtual/digital-first presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize high-impact activities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative.
