Sales and Events Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Chicago restaurant events
  • Demonstrated ability to independently source and close event business
  • Strong understanding of BEO setup and execution
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • In-depth knowledge of menu planning, staffing, and forecasting for events

Sales and Events Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in steakhouses, sushi, or independent fine dining restaurants
  • Familiarity with the Chicago dining and events market
  • Creativity in design, layout, and event execution
