RoleI'm recruiting for an Enterprise BDR to join their Chicago-based North America team. You'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the Account Executive team.
This suits someone with 1-2 years of B2B sales experience who wants to get into tech sales, particularly construction technology. You'll learn enterprise sales while working with a product that solves genuine industry challenges.
Day-to-Day- Research and identify prospects at construction and real estate companies
- Multi‑channel outreach (calls, emails, Linked In)
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain pipeline and hit monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with sales team on handoffs and demos
- 1-2 years B2B sales experience
- Comfortable with sales tools and CRM systems
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven
- Based in Chicago (hybrid working)
- Understanding of construction industry challenges
