Director, Field Sales & Market Development

We’re recruiting for a Director of Field Sales & Clinical Adoption on behalf of a confidential healthcare company experiencing commercial growth. This is a senior, field‑based consultative sales role focused on market development, strategic account expansion, and driving utilization within targeted clinical environments.

This position is designed for a seasoned sales professional who operates independently, shapes territory strategy, and influences adoption through relationship‑driven engagement rather than formal people management.

• Lead territory growth initiatives by expanding utilization across targeted accounts
• Develop and execute market strategies, account plans, and sales initiatives
• Apply a consultative selling approach to influence adoption and long-term engagement
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support sustained growth
• Support sales objectives through education grounded in clinical evidence
• Monitor territory activity and performance metrics to guide execution
• Partner cross‑functionally to align field efforts with broader commercial strategy

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Consultative sales experience within medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical settings
• Proven success developing markets through strategy, execution, and performance tracking
• Ability to operate autonomously in a senior, highly visible field role
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50–80%)
