Territory Sales Representative – Dental Sleep Medicine

. We are seeking driven, relationship-focused sales professionals who want to build a career in one of the fastest-growing sectors in healthcare.
Sleep apnea affects over 30 million Americans
, and dentists are playing an increasingly important role in providing life-changing treatment through oral appliance therapy. As a Dental Sleep Medicine Sales Representative, you will help dental and medical professionals grow their practices while improving patient health outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, educating clinicians, and growing a territory with strong support from an established industry leader.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities by connecting with dental practices, physicians, universities, and healthcare providers
- Build long-term consulting relationships with clients to recommend the best products and solutions for their practices
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory while identifying new opportunities for expansion
- Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity through our CRM platform
- Travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel and some weekends for regional meetings, conferences, and training events
- Achieve and exceed mutually agreed-upon sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Dyna Flex products, services, and innovations within dental sleep medicine
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA)
- 2–4 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience in dental, orthodontic, or medical device sales is a plus
- Passion for technology-driven healthcare solutions
- Ability to confidently present and educate in front of groups and clinical audiences
- Strong ability to learn and sell technical products and services
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong closing skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and desire to grow professionally
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
