• You excel in developing strong customer relationships with club members as well as generating new business
• You possess clear communication and phone presentation skills.
• You have a passion for sales
• You are an ambitious, driven and goal-oriented team player who enjoys healthy competition and has a strong determination to succeed
• You enjoy networking and feel confident generating new business within the community
• You have a clear and detailed understanding of the clubs and clubs' services and are happy to be a resource to other departments by assisting with club related questions and/or concerns

• Can learn and successfully navigate through our company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and Share Point
• Can efficiently tour prospective members and/or guests through CAC facilities
• Can stand for extended periods of time
• Can lift up to fifteen pounds
