As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long‑term relationships with trusted advice.
We are a high‑performing, 21‑year, established Allstate insurance agency seeking a motivated, self‑driven Licensed Sales Producer to join our in‑office sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership of results, and wants to grow income through consistent production.
Competitive base pay plus one of the most generous commission structures in the industry, with clear expectations and uncapped earning potential. Six‑figure income is absolutely attainable for someone willing to put in consistent effort and execute our proven process.
You will be provided with inbound and outbound leads, proven sales processes, and ongoing training. Prior Allstate or insurance sales experience is required. Must be accountable, coachable, and able to work independently without micromanagement.

Responsibilities:- Sell auto, home, renters, condo, landlord, and other personal lines insurance products
- Work assigned inbound and outbound leads daily with urgency and follow‑up discipline
- Conduct professional needs‑based insurance consultations
- Quote, bind, and service policies accurately and compliantly
- Maintain detailed documentation in agency systems
- Follow up on open quotes and pipelines consistently
- Meet or exceed individual sales and activity goals
- Collaborate with team members while owning personal results
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Prior Allstate agency experience strongly preferred
- Prior insurance sales experience required
- Proven work ethic and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with phone sales and in‑person conversations
- Strong follow‑up, organization, and time‑management skills
- Coachable, accountable, and resilient
- Must be able to work in‑office during standard business hours
