What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Market and sell the employer’s entire Group Benefits portfolio, including Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Absence, and Supplemental Health products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive sales and retention
  • Understand territory dynamics to grow the book of business while aligning with the employer’s vision
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales production expectations consistently
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance product sales
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales production expectations as outlined in the Market business plan
  • Industry licensing must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained through Continuing Education
  • Strong judgment and integrity in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport in person and virtually

  • Experience in sales or a related field, particularly within the insurance or benefits industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
