About the RoleThis is an in-person, field-based position in Chicago focused primarily on sales, client development, and estimating

You will meet with property owners, property managers, and commercial clients to assess masonry restoration needs, prepare detailed cost estimates, and help close projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction but thrives in a client-facing, revenue-generating environment.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess project scope
- Prepare detailed cost estimates using subcontractor bids, supplier pricing, and unit costs
- Present proposals clearly and confidently to clients
- Follow up consistently to close sales
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff to project management
- Negotiate pricing when appropriate while maintaining profitability
- Track leads, proposals, and pipeline activity
- 2+ years of experience in construction estimating (masonry strongly preferred)
- Sales-oriented mindset with closing experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust quickly with clients
- Organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable working both in the field and in-office
- Valid driver's license
