Position SummaryThe Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new commercial roofing opportunities, managing a consistent sales pipeline, and closing deals that support QT's growth goals. This role focuses on reroof and service sales, requiring a professional who can build lasting relationships with commercial clients, work closely with estimating and operations, and sell on value while protecting margins.

- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of active opportunities
- Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and client meetings to identify project scopes
- Prepare and present proposals and value-based solutions to commercial customers
- Partner with estimating and operations to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project delivery
- Close sales while maintaining target gross margins
- Grow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and reliable sales forecasts
- Represent QT with professionalism and integrity at all times in the field
Required
- 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with a proven track record
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
