As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals and providing exceptional customer service to clients. You must effectively communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner, meet and exceed client needs, and resolve complaints. This dynamic role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel or resort operations and sales processes
