In-Home Sales & Tech Support

In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full-Time). This is a local, in-home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not Remote.

Pay: $24.90 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission.

Full‑time schedule: 5 days/week –

Hours:

12:05pm to 9:00pm.

We’re looking for an entry‑level In‑Home Sales & Tech Support who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience. You’ll work during our busiest hours and learn our Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach.

• Serve: meet customers in‑home or elsewhere; provide exceptional service; meet and surpass sales targets.
• Solve: use expertise to resolve tech issues, explain solutions, and ensure customers leave with a working product that meets future needs.
• Sell: leverage Asurion’s product lines to offer tailored solutions; listen actively to identify needs; position products to meet those needs.

• Comfortable in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory record, and at least 1 year driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan).
• Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
• Willingness to travel up to 120 miles one‑way to customer residences near the inventory warehouse.
• Ability to work a varied 5‑day week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Personal cellphone to stay connected during the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded, passion for learning, thrives in human interaction.
• Flexibility for schedule changes based on business needs and market demand.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked; paid bi‑weekly.
• Earned pay can now be accessed early.
