The Feetures Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for visiting the specialty retail partners located within their territory to educate staff associates about Feetures products, grow awareness, enthusiasm, and loyalty for the brand. This position will attend and provide support at events throughout the territory to increase sales and market share. Additionally, you will gather insights and provide feedback about products, competitors, and marketing campaigns to the sales, product, and marketing teams.

• Conduct product clinics detailing the Feetures brand story and the benefits of our products
• Work with retail partners to help increase category sales
• Check inventory and facilitate replenishment orders
• Support store events with product demos and giveaways
• Setup and work local expos with retailers
• Setup in-store merchandising
• Aid in staffing of corporate events
• Build relationships with new stores
• Be the eyes and the ears of the company, providing insight to the Feetures team and local Sales Reps

• 2+ years’ experience in sales or customer service-related position
• Experience in specialty retail preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust
• Self-motivated with the ability to be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable with extensive travel (≈75%) to support expos, retail partnerships, and product training clinics

• Feetures offers 20 PTO days which are available to you on day one of employment and are available to all employees, no matter your role. After working at Feetures for 5 years, your PTO days will increase to 25 days. These days can be used for vacations, appointments and sick days.
