Qualifications- Required:
Prior experience selling corrugated packaging or similar packaging products - At least 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience in this industry
- Proven ability to win new business and grow existing accounts
- Strong understanding of packaging solutions, box design, or related applications
- Comfortable being on the road and meeting clients regularly
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license
This is a relationship-driven, outside sales role where you’ll spend most of your time meeting clients face-to-face and helping them solve real business problems.
- Prospect and win new business within your territory
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and grow those accounts over time
- Visit client sites to understand their packaging needs and recommend solutions
- Present ideas, pricing, and proposals in a clear, consultative way
- Manage your own pipeline, track opportunities, and stay organized
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered smoothly
