Sales Representative

Crystal Equation is looking for recent Bachelor's degree graduates for an entry level outside sales position. Position will be a mix of outbound sales calls in office and customer site visits conducting product demonstrations. This is a full-time role offering a base salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Ability to travel regionally

We are hiring for the following office locations. Candidates must be already local to the area or willing to relocate immediately for the position.

Cedar Rapids, Elmwood Park, Houston, Indianapolis, Irvine, Kansas City, Little Rock, Louisville, Milwaukee, Portland

Pay range is $53,000-$60,000 with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
