Hourly rate: $24.88 - $29.00 per hour. This position is bonus and commission eligible.
The RoleThe Inside Sales Associate – Business Development generates viable leads for CCC Solutions through outbound calling, targeted campaigns, and special projects. This role is part of a collaborative sales team focused on identifying and executing on business opportunities both within and outside the normal course of business. CCC offers a competitive base salary, commission opportunities, and a dynamic B2B sales environment where you will engage prospects in a consultative manner over the phone.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring viable opportunities are routed to the appropriate territory representative. - CRM & Data Integrity:
Log all outreach activity accurately and in real time in Salesforce, maintaining up-to-date and complete account records. - Consultative Selling:
Engage prospects using a consultative approach to understand their business needs and effectively position CCC Solutions. - Collaboration:
Partner with territory representatives and cross-functional teams to align on lead handoff processes and campaign priorities. - Campaign Support:
Support marketing-driven campaigns and special projects to drive lead volume and conversion. - Additional Projects:
Contribute to other sales initiatives and projects as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrated ability in consultative B2B sales, lead generation, lead nurturing, and appointment setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects professionally over the phone
- Proficiency in managing and prioritizing a high volume of outreach in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate product and solution value propositions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and ability to work independently
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Knowledge of the insurance, automotive, or supply chain industry (e.g., OE dealers, aftermarket suppliers, on‑hand suppliers)
- Understanding of the full sales cycle with the ability to close smaller deals
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools and outbound calling platforms
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1‑3 years of B2B sales or business‑development experience preferred; equivalent demonstrated skills will be considered
