Position: Director, Sales (New Business) - MarTech

Overview How You’ll Make an Impact

You will drive ground-breaking growth for Epsilon by using your expertise in Mar Tech and AdTech solutions within the space. In this role, you'll lead sales initiatives within your geographic or account-based territory, targeting key enterprises to generate new business and close multiple high-value deals annually.

You will lead conversations that help clients better understand, connect, and activate their customer data to drive more personalized and effective engagement. This includes addressing challenges related to identity, data fragmentation and activating audiences across owned and paid channels in a privacy-conscious environment.

As a trusted advisor, you will cultivate enduring relationships with decision-makers, positioning Epsilon as a strategic partner by aligning solutions to customer engagement, data-driven decision making, and measurable business outcomes.

Your role will involve crafting and delivering customized sales presentations that address specific challenges faced by clients, such as fragmented customer data, inefficient activation, and limited insight into performance and demonstrating how Epsilons solutions drive their business objectives. Highlighting how Epsilon’s solutions drive customer engagement, retention and lifetime value. You will apply strategic negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms while maintaining long-term client value.

Success in this role requires strong deal qualification, pipeline management, and consistent pipeline creation to support both current and future revenue growth.

Staying ahead of industry trends and adapting to evolving market demands will be critical in maintaining Epsilon’s competitive edge in the Mar Tech and AdTech space.

Responsibilities What You’ll Achieve

In this role, you will achieve significant sales achievements by orchestrating business development activities across multiple verticals.

You will establish yourself as a trusted, consultative partner by focusing on business outcomes such as customer engagement, retention and marketing effectiveness, helping clients achieve measurable results.

Your ability to lead complex sales cycles, align with multiple partners, and clearly articulate value will directly impact Epsilon’s market position and long-term growth. You will also contribute re-driving substantial revenue growth for Epsilon. You will establish yourself as an industry authority in Mar Tech and AdTech, building strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers in several sectors. Your expertise will enable you to close multiple enterprise sales deals each year, directly impacting Epsilon’s success and market position.

By leading accounts effectively and delivering tailored sales presentations, you will demonstrate how Epsilon’s solutions address the specific needs of clients, helping them achieve measurable outcomes across customer engagement, retention and marketing effectiveness. Your adeptness in strategic negotiation and contract closure will secure favorable terms and chip into successful client relationships. Qualifications

Who You Are
  • What you bring:
    • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
    • Professional

      Experience:

      Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in sales roles, with substantial exposure to new business development/new logo sales.
    • Seasoned Sales Professional:
      Proven track driving growth through complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
    • Experienced in Territory Management:
      Extensive experience leading geographic or account-based territories, with a demonstrated ability to generate new business and close enterprise level sales.
    • Experience selling solutions related to customer identity, data unification, or audience activation.
    • Exposure to environments where privacy, data collaboration, or regulated data usage are key considerations.
