About the RoleAs a Brand Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in representing leading brands and campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement and sales activities. You'll work in vibrant event and retail environments, helping create positive customer experiences while driving brand awareness and campaign growth.
This role offers valuable hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, brand promotion, and leadership development within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Engaging directly with customers and members of the public throughout the day
- Representing brands, products, services, and community-focused campaigns through face-to-face interactions
- Driving customer acquisition, registrations, sales, and campaign participation
- Building strong customer relationships and creating memorable brand experiences
- Supporting live events, promotional campaigns, retail activations, and pop-up events
- Delivering outstanding customer service in busy, customer-facing environments
- Educating customers on products, services, and campaign offerings
- Working closely with campaign managers and leadership teams to achieve daily objectives
- Contributing to team sales targets and customer engagement goals
- Maintaining a professional and enthusiastic brand presence at all times
- Developing communication, sales, and leadership skills through ongoing training and practical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
