Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to sell health and medical supplies to school districts, Head Start programs, and community agencies. This early-career B2B role (1-3 years of experience) is mostly office-based with periodic travel, including 5-7 overnight stays in Texas and California every 4-6 weeks. Strong relationship-building and a consultative sales approach are essential.

• Engage in consistent outbound activity—about 200 calls per week—to grow the customer base and strengthen connections with current clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals to decision‑makers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales activity.
• Travel regularly within your territory, including Texas and California.

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar).
• Willingness to travel.
