Position Summary

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting our precision-machined washers and fasteners. This role requires a strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and procurement professionals.
• Understand customer requirements and collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or industrial products.
• Familiarity with precision machining, fasteners, or metal components is highly desirable.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
