As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Webflow, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, creating a strong and lasting impression of our brand and product. You’ll engage and qualify inbound leads, identify new opportunities, and partner closely with Account Executives to build and accelerate pipeline through thoughtful, personalized outreach.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams to improve lead quality and conversion, while contributing to scalable sales processes and best practices. You’ll develop deep product expertise, clearly communicate Webflow’s value to potential customers, and maintain high-quality CRM data to support smarter decision‑making across the team.
About the role- Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)- 3 days per week in-office;
Tues - Thurs - Travel up to 15% - primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites

For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job‑related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends.

- Create a fantastic first impression for Webflow’s new customers who reach out to us to learn more about our products
- Qualify inbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, identify new opportunities and engage potential clients. Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach
- Collaborate with Demand Generation to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation
- Help create a database of CRM intelligence by consistently logging activities and keeping information up to date in Salesforce
- Continuously evaluate and improve our sales processes with an emphasis towards building to scale
- Become a Webflow product expert and convey our value proposition to potential customers
- Travel up to 15% - primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites
- Prior sales experience, ideally in high‑rejection environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals and performance metrics
- Are comfortable with or eager to learn CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
- Bring a strong drive to achieve top results, paired with a confident, “can‑do” attitude on phone and video calls
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify and clearly explain complex concepts
- Are a collaborative team player with a proven ability to work cross‑functionally and deliver results
- Are energized by ambiguity and motivated to contribute to team‑wide best practices and scalable success
