As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for building the relationship with the key customers as well as meeting the needs of different customers with the best value-added solutions.
Qualifications- 5+ years managing a sales team and operation
- Strong understanding of sales reporting and ability to implement appropriate metrics
- Entrepreneurial spirit and superior work ethic with the burning desire to succeed
- Demonstrated competitive spirit within a team environment
- Having strong technical and marketing skills in related business for a minimum of 5 years experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication/ leadership skills
- Good key account relationship management skills
- Familiar with US and China sales channels, laws and policies
- Must understand and have knowledge digital tech products, e-commerce
- Must speak and write in both Mandarin and English well
- Green Card or Authorize to work in the US
Compensation will be a base salary and bonus, based on company's and individual performance. Comprehensive benefits package to include: pre-tax transportation benefits, paid vacation, sick and holidays, casual attire everyday and convenient west loop location close to Brown/Purple line
