Blackridge Aviation is seeking a driven, strategic, and high-performing Aircraft Broker to join our growing team.
We’re not a legacy firm. We’re a modern, tech-enabled aviation brokerage built for performance—and we’re scaling fast. This is a high-reward opportunity for professionals who know how to build relationships, communicate value, and close complex, high-ticket deals.
You’ll work directly with aircraft owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals, many of whom are selling or acquiring aircraft in the $150K–$500k+ range. Your mission: bring them real results, and earn accordingly.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Prospecting and qualifying aircraft owners through warm and cold outreach
- Building trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients and business owners
- Managing sales pipelines from lead to close with precision and urgency
- Running market comps and valuation insights with support from our tools
- Negotiating, structuring, and closing aircraft transactions
- Leveraging our CRM, systems, and back-end support to stay focused on what you do best: selling
- Have a strong background in sales, real estate, aviation, or finance (or just a killer track record of closing)
- Are obsessed with performance, personal growth, and earning what you’re worth
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Thrive in a high-autonomy, commission-driven environment
- Are self-disciplined, proactive, and comfortable working remotely or independently
- Have a genuine interest in aviation or are eager to become an expert quickly
