Based on our growing success & momentum, as well as a massive market opportunity for us to expand, we are adding some key hires to our team. The Sales Development Representative role is critical for our success and represents a significant growth & career path opportunity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- This is primarily an outbound prospecting role:
Generate opportunities by performing B2B outbound prospecting (Linked In, Videos, Calls, Email, Networking) - Master the ability to tell the Flanagan Bilton story and how we are a game changer for our clients
- Conduct research to identify priority prospects
- Partner closely with other team members to develop the territory (generate opportunities, set appointments, and assist with followup)
- Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, the web & other sources, ensuring that clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in our CRM
- Hit & exceed monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Learn from other team members by being a part of continuing education and trainings
- 1-3+ years sales-related experience
- Positive attitude and mentality
- Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated (hungry to grow)
- Diligent self-starter; someone with initiative
- Well-spoken, excellent written and verbal communications
- Enthusiastic, and persuasive personality
- Motivated with career ambitions
- Strong organization and follow-up skills

- Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus
