Regional Sales Manager
- Drive strategic sales of automated and static material handling solutions, including conveyors, racking, AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, shuttles, and vertical lift modules
- Manage and grow key accounts while developing new business across manufacturing and distribution customers
- Deliver integrated solutions spanning automation systems, goods‑to‑person fulfillment, and WMS/WCS software
- Partner with engineering and internal teams to design, propose, and close complex, value‑driven automation solutions
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution development and deal execution
- Proven experience selling material handling solutions; strong solution‑selling mindset; culture fit and team orientation are critical
