Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in IT consulting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful delivery of IT services.

• Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts with a strong sales and revenue focus.
• Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts (upselling & cross-selling IT services and staffing solutions).
• Identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities in the IT consulting space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals.
• Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
• Prepare proposals, pricing models, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.
• Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.

• 5+ years of sales/account management experience in IT consulting or IT staffing companies.
• Strong track record of revenue generation and account growth.
• Experience handling US clients and understanding of consulting sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines.
