We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in IT consulting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful delivery of IT services.
Key Responsibilities- Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts with a strong sales and revenue focus.
- Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts (upselling & cross-selling IT services and staffing solutions).
- Identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities in the IT consulting space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals.
- Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- 5+ years of sales/account management experience in IT consulting or IT staffing companies.
- Strong track record of revenue generation and account growth.
- Experience handling US clients and understanding of consulting sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines.
- Experience working with US-based clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
