We're looking for a Dairy Technical Sales Manager who would be responsible for covering a high-growth territory across the Midwest, with travel making up around 50-75% of your schedule.

• Own and drive growth across a high-potential Midwest territory, with a focus on large-scale dairy farms.
• Work closely with dairy nutritionists, producers, and consultants.
• Collaborate with customers using data and real-world results to boost productivity and efficiency on-farm.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Represent the brand at key industry events - trade shows, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and customer relationships through CRM software.

• A Master's degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, or a closely related field.
• In-depth technical knowledge of dairy nutrition and commercial farm systems.
• A proven track record in technical sales or business development within the dairy or animal nutrition space.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills - confident presenting to producers consultants, and industry partners.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50-75% across the Midwest.
