This is a remote role within a global team that utilizes cutting‑edge technology to stay connected with colleagues worldwide. Occasional travel to a local office may be required for in‑person collaboration with your team, as well as for company events, team building activities, or strategic meetings.
Responsibilities- Acting as the technical lead in the pre‑sales process, providing expert guidance on iManage solutions to clients and prospects.
- Conducting in‑depth discovery sessions to understand client requirements and propose solutions aligned with their business objectives.
- Designing and delivering tailored product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops to showcase the capabilities of the iManage platform.
- Identifying and addressing technical gaps or challenges, proactively offering innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, establishing trust and credibility.
- Staying current with iManage product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings to ensure relevance in client engagements.
- Creating technical documentation, solution diagrams, and proposals as needed to support sales efforts.
- Mentoring less experienced pre‑sales team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate team performance.
- Responding to client RFIP/Infosec inquiries.
- Developing and maintaining demo environments to ensure pre‑sales have the best platform to showcase iManage capabilities.
- 6+ years of experience in a technical pre‑sales role or a similar function within the B2B SaaS space.
- A strong technical background with experience in solution design, integrations, and cloud platforms.
- The proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, product, and delivery teams.
- A customer‑centric mindset, with a focus on understanding and exceeding client expectations.
- Experience in identifying gaps in client requirements or processes and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
- The ability to travel across the U.S. and Canada as needed.
- Experience with in the legal tech or document management space.
- Knowledge of APIs, data migration, and/or basic scripting (Power Shell, Python).
- Hands‑on experience with iManage products.

The overall U.S. annual base salary range for this position is $140,000–$175,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on qualifications, experience, and location. This range does not include additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or benefits.
