Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 potential annual earnings

Work Schedule: Work hours will vary based on the scheduling needs of the customer, presentation times, and seasonality. Sales consultant may regulate their work hours accordingly. Must be available for evening and weekend appointments.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Conduct in-home consultations with customers to evaluate their heating and cooling requirements and recommend solutions that enhance comfort and efficiency
• Guide homeowners in selecting HVAC systems that best align with their needs, budget, and home environment
• Provide education on HVAC replacement options, energy-efficient equipment, and indoor air quality improvements
• Maintain professional, clear, and effective communication with customers and team members
• Stay engaged with customers throughout the sales cycle and installation process to ensure satisfaction
• Participate in hands‑on training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
• Complete dealer certification programs and virtual training courses to expand technical and sales expertise

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consultative or solution-based sales
• Confident interacting with homeowners and conducting face‑to‑face consultations in residential settings
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain consistent follow‑up communication
• Proficient with computers and commonly used business software applications
• Excellent verbal communication, time management, and organizational abilities
• Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined areas such as attics, and climb both step and extension ladders when needed
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification required
  
  Previous in‑home sales experience is preferred
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving history
• Experience or familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, construction, or related trades a plus!
