Regional Sales Manager

• Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your region.
• Develop business plans with a strategic mindset to achieve sales results.
• Identify opportunities in multiple local markets and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Formulate and execute portfolio selling strategies.
• Monitor field activities and maintain compliance with guidelines.

• 10+ years of life science sales experience.
• 3+ years of regional or district manager experience.
• Experience launching products and leading teams in competitive markets.
• Ability to travel as necessary, including overnight stays.
• Must reside within the territory or its boundaries.

• Experience in psychiatry, especially ADHD and/or schizophrenia.
• Entrepreneurial mindset or experience in start‑up environments.
• Strong track record of sales success.

Base salary range: $175,000–$185,000, with possible company car or allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonuses based on performance.
