Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your region.
- Develop business plans with a strategic mindset to achieve sales results.
- Identify opportunities in multiple local markets and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Formulate and execute portfolio selling strategies.
- Monitor field activities and maintain compliance with guidelines.
- 10+ years of life science sales experience.
- 3+ years of regional or district manager experience.
- Experience launching products and leading teams in competitive markets.
- Ability to travel as necessary, including overnight stays.
- Must reside within the territory or its boundaries.
- Experience in psychiatry, especially ADHD and/or schizophrenia.
- Entrepreneurial mindset or experience in start‑up environments.
- Strong track record of sales success.
Base salary range: $175,000–$185,000, with possible company car or allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonuses based on performance.
